I can't wait until Spring, so we can have a repeat even better.

Oh! I forgot to tell you about my gift from the City of Santa Monica.

Fun!! I can't wait to read the reviews that come out of this!

Little did I realize how difficult it would be to write dressing reviews for items I didn't take home. I took some notes, but not nearly enough. Of course all the items that came home were a breeze to review.

Looks like a blast! You all look beautiful in the clothes... ah, so lovely!!!
Looks like you had a great time! Love that Santa Monica store!!!! I have my eye on that pansy coat, too! Who did it ride home with? That fruit tart looked amazing!!!!

Joni and Heidi each made off with the Pansy Trench. I was tempted, but I have too many trenches that are rarely worn in Bakersfield. I let it go!

Joni's Fruit Tart was the best I have ever had. It certainly wasn't from Costco. I wonder if she made it.

What a fabulous experience! Totally envious!
LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! Wish I had been there to join in the fun. I still need to debrief with Heidi to hear about it. :)

Haha! She needs more than debriefing. Perhaps a bit of interrogation. Make sure you're seated for the damage report.

Whip her into shape Heather!

Laura, I love how you presented the photos. I had a blast. The Anthro staff took such good care of is - I can't thank them enough. I'm so excited that Lauren found the Elevenses high waisted denim in a Short size for me. Can't wait to get home and try them on!
Laura, thanks for putting this together. We had a great time!

Liza,

Were those the pair that were on sale for $30? I'm glad you found something after all. And yes, the Anthro staff were truly remarkable. I'm so happy you contacted me and suggested we meet. And thank Aaron for all the wonderful photos he took. It couldn't have been an easy task. He made us feel at home.

Awww! All you ladies look BEAUTIFUL and positively GLOWING in Anthro! LOVE IT! Joni looks darling in her Carnaday dress! Glad to hear everyone had a blast! xo Gina
Looks like a fantastic time! I love that shopping area I spent the whole day there last time I was in LA! The tangerine flicker was of course on my radar, but I didn't even see the painted plaid dress, and I was just at Anthro today! I will have to check it out next time. All 3 of the dresses looked great on you!
Awwe, what a wonderful time for you all! Every one of you looks amazing and you must have had the best time together! I love the Sugared Dress on you, it's just gorgeous. I wish I lived near one of you lovely bloggers so I could take part in one of these Anthro shopping day events! What fun! I can't wait to see your next reviews :)
Awesome Laura! Believe me, I wish i could have been there! Looks like you ladies had a ball in the store.
How did you find the Tangerine Flicker dress? No good?

Hi Jen, I'm about to start my review post that includes the Tangerine Flicker. It was a big surprise.

Looks like you all had a fabulous time Laura! So glad you made it to a store and had an awesome time. Yay!
Wow! This looks like so much fun! I wish I could have joined you. I'm lucky enough to have 2 anthro stores close by and I still get excited for in-store events. I imagine it's so much more exciting for you, since you don't normally get to shop in-store. I can't wait to hear/see more!

Hi Kristin, This is my very first event ever. EA shopping event in NYC is a few week away. It will be my 2nd in one month. I certainly enjoyed the store atmosphere after a 1.5 year dry spell. Although I thought the music was a bit loud.

What a gloriously fun evening. So jealous I don't live near there AT ALL or I would have jumped at the chance to come and snag a spot. Looks like you tried on some excellent royal subjects. How about the Agnita Dress? Did it make it into your fitting room?
1 reply · active 708 weeks ago
Yes! I tried the Agnita! Not bad, but not the most flattering style at the neckline for someone my age. Unfortunately no photos were taken. I fudged a few detail that day.
